Use of the Application

XenonaAI is designed to provide AI-powered conversation capabilities using the Groq API. By using this Application, you agree to:

• Provide your own Groq API key for accessing their services
• Use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer the Application
• Not distribute, lease, license, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application

Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Darian Jones (ShadowTeam). The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

The Llama 3.3 70B model is owned and maintained by Meta AI, and usage is subject to their terms and conditions.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses the Groq API to process conversations. Your use of the Groq API is subject to Groq's terms of service and privacy policy. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid Groq API key for use with the Application.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Application is at your sole risk. The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Application will be secure or available at any particular time or location. The Application may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Darian Jones (ShadowTeam), nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Application
• Any content obtained from the Application
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Darian Jones (ShadowTeam) and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses, resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Application.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
